    Hi Rakesh

     

    I would highly recommend you opening a Case with Okta Support to check that with them because looks an "UI issue". Could be based on some specific problem with your Org. or something changed on the version of your Org.

     

     

    Anyway, check it again but this time creating a new Super Admin user just to double check and provide further information to Support Team.
