File Missing When Uploading SLO Certificate

Hello,

I am trying to setup SAML 2.0 SLO via the OKTA application settings. I am trying to upload my self-signed certificate, but I am getting file missing or invalid. I have tried changing my cert extension to cert, cer, pem, cert. I tried with and without headers. My certificate is using an RSA 2048 key, Signature RSA SHA 256

Okta, please show me documentation how to do that.

Thank you,

Julian

    Hi julian salama,

Follow the steps for saving the certificates,

    • Copy the ds:X509Certificate value paste it into a text editor,
    • Add the following lines at the beginning and end of the file respectively:

    -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

    -----END CERTIFICATE-----

    • Save the file you created as slo.cert and then upload it to the Signature Certificate field.
    • Click Save.
