I recently switched to an iphone 11 pro, which forced a logout of my Okta account. I can sometimes login to my email through the Okta mobile app with my pin, but most the time it wants to send a push verification which I never receive. I had Okta Verify on my old phone but it will not let me login on my new phone. On my personal computer I am also getting a message that I need a push verification, which I still don't receive on my phone. How can I gain full access to my account again?

I also can not access my account settings without a push notification!
If you do not have access to the old phone with Okta push verify have an administrator reset your multifactor on your account.
