knvh3 (knvh3) asked a question.

Adding an App that uses Azure SSO different that our Azure domain

We have a vendor that has decided to use SSO and they are using Microsoft. We have an Azure directory attached to Okta. Can Okta handle this setup? how?

  • Hi there! Apologies for the lack of response to your question. Going forward, we're implementing a new process to ensure that all Discussions receive a response from either another Community member or from the Okta Support team within 7 days of posting. Thank you for your patience while we put this into action!

I know this question is a bit old now, but If you’re still looking for information or help I’d recommend reaching out to the fine folks in the Admin Pro Tips group to see if anyone there can help: https://support.okta.com/help/s/group/0F90Z000000EK23SAG/admin-pro-tips

      Molly,

I opened the link you sent. I already searched for answers which is why I submitted a ticket for specific assistance. What do I have to do to get an engineer to help me with an issue?

      • Hi @knvh3 (knvh3) - I've gone ahead and submitted a ticket to Okta Support to help you out with this. They should be reaching out shortly! In the future, if there are no responses on Community Discussions a case will be created automatically, so an engineer will get back to you. If you'd rather go straight to support, you can log a ticket via the "Get support" button on the lower righthand side of any Help Center page.

Thanks - let me know if you have any questions!

      Hello Jesus,

I do have Office 365 already setup for SSO. The issue is that a vendor of mine has also decided to use this and we have logins into their environment via their tenant. This is causing all sorts of issues with logging into their environment and ours. I’m looking for the best way to handle this scenario.
