I need to track down a problem and see which profiles are missing a particular attribute. Is there an export or query that can be done? The attribute is City.

It was referred to me recently through this community and it's great! Once it's installed, you just go to Directory > People. You'll notice the extension in the top left hand corner change.
Select "Export Users" and you will be given a list of all your attributes to export, here's a snip from our tenant:
You export to CSV.
