ThanhL.49687 (Customer) asked a question.

Login from another computer

Hi there,

I just tried to log into a different computer and it failed. I then used the same credentials I just used the computer where I couldn't login, on the computer I originally created my account on okta and it would succeed. I tried it several times.

it seems like I can login into okta only with the computer I originally registered on okta. If this is the case, is there a way to also log into a different computer?

Thanks
