Getty Images Application Issue

We have a Getty Images" tile setup with an administrator set username and password.

This lands the users on the signin page and populates the username and password, but it is like the page refreshes clearing the password just before OKTA presses submit. If the user presses the submit button before this happens, the web page signs in ok.

 

I tried to set up a New Getty Images Tile using the "OKTA Verified" application template and this does not punch in the Username and Password at all.

 

So my question is can I make OKTA press submit quicker?

Can the "OKTA Verified" Getty Images App be tested and fixed or removed?
