Trying to install an Okta profile via Okta Mobile app onto one of our user's new iPad. We instead receive a 404 error when opening a Safari webpage to download the profile.
After selecting "Secure Now" from the pop up window, it opens up a Safari webpage to a 404 error.
Apologies in advance I had to post this on the forum. I tried opening a case but the site refused to submit the form.
