Hi, I have user which have been disabled in AD and deactivate in Okta. We decided to delete the account in Okta because user is no longer working in the company. Recently the user is reporting back to the office and we decided to activate the AD Account.
After several synchronization happening, the user still not back in Okta (not in import as well), but after waited for 2 days plus, then only we can see the account exist under Import.
Question is, how can I check if there is any settings that we need to consider?
