Able to login to okta if the password is reset in Ad ..however if the user is changing the password by their self in the PC.. They r unable to login to okta.. Kindly advise
Once user change password in PC is it updating in AD ? also after password change try to Lock your system and after 10 sec unlock it with the new password, that may refresh windows saved credential and works fine.
