I am running a POC and have a subset of users who do not have mobile phones. I need to provide an e-mail challenge code as a method of authentication.
The documentation points to reaching out to support to enable that. I'm not sure how to do that with a trial account.

To open case with Okta support to enable EA feature use this URL. Make sure you login with your tenant (trial account). If you are using multiple tenant then make sure you select appropriate Okta Org on Open A Case page.
