How do I enable the custom IDP factor notes in this support document? Currently using a free account but after I add a custom IDP the IDP factor option is no visible in the MFA admin section as indicated in the support document. Do I need a paid tier?

You will need to first set up the Custom IDP under your Okta Admin Dashboard → Security → Identity Providers. During the setup process, you should be presented with the "IDP Usage" option.
Selecting the "Factor only" option will make it available under the Authenticators option for further use in enrollment and authentication policies.
If you do not see the "IDP Usage" option during setup, it means that the feature is not available for free trial accounts.

Hi @User17279297120239111781 (Customer) , if you are not seeing the option, it means that you do not have the IDP as a factor feature enabled on your tenant.
Feature enablement is not available for free developer/trial accounts.

Thank you, I did create a custom IDP but in my account there is no "factor only" option when I created a custom IDP. How do I add it?
