how to sync manually sync ad user with okta
Hi,
i am not able to see one AD domain user on okta portal.
Is this syncing issue ? if so how to resolve it.

Here you have few common issues to check on that case:
- User’s OU is not selected on Import tab
- Missing one or more mandatory attribute/ to import users

Anyway, as best practice start to use the following and try to get familiar with it

TIP: Okta Logs 2.0 accepts a simple string to list records matching with it.
i.e. Just write the sAMAccountName of affected user on the search box and you will find enough information to starting digging into.
