For some of our users they are facing login failures while trying to login to Okta. When we see the logs it is showing as failure:NOT_SPECIFIED . Can you let us know the reason here of not getting signed in to Okta ?

    Hi Arif

As per Molly's suggestion, with Okta is always useful and easier to get good answers and support raising a Support Case, despite of the Support Plan of your company.

Anyway, I already faced that issue long time ago with AD Mastered users and was not very difficult to clarify and solve but nowadays I can not give your the shortcut. So let's got it.

    I would start checking:

    • Clarify if affected users are Okta or AD Mastered
    • If are AD Mastered, check all password-related attributes on AD via PowerShell and ADUC mmc.

Do not hesitate to update here until you get in touch with Support Guys.

    Best regards.

KIND REMINDER: Please give a Like if hints are simply useful or solve your question/issue.
