Hi everyone. I am failing to login to my Okta Org using my credentials after I integrated it with our AD. I have tried the reset password but its not working and showing that "reset password is not allowed please contact support

If you have an account with us, please reach out to my colleagues from the Support team (via phone as you can't log in to open a case - (800) 219-0964 ).
If you are using a free trial/developer account, please email us at community@okta.com from the email address associated with your SuperAdmin account.
Please include the affected Okta org URL as well and SuperAdmin username so we can locate your account and see what we can do to assist.
