We want to use Okta Verify as the single MFA tool. One issue we have is that remote users that will never come into the office to received their hardware and change their AD password on first login attempt. Has anyone thought of a way for a new employee to get access to a QR code to scan w/o actually logging into Okta tenent with the AD credentials (we are AD mastered). Occasionally I have used Postman and generated a QR code for the new employee and emailed it to their personal email. But this is cumbersome and the QR code is only good for 10 mins or else Okta Verify cannot scan it. thanks

Hi Somphasith,
We currently don't offer a method to enroll in Okta Verify that doesn't rely upon using a temporary QR code, but I'm unclear as to why your new users can't log into your Okta tenant using a browser on any computer (not just those joined to the corporate domain) and then proceed through the Okta Verify enrollment process.
Are your new users unable to log into Okta without setting a permanent password on a domain-joined workstation first?
Thanks,
