JWT integration with certificate

Hi Community,

I'm a huge newbie with both Okta and JWT so apologies if this is a daft question or completely up the wrong path.

I'm hoping that somebody can point me in the right direction for configuring a particular scenario using Okta. Setup as follows:

  1. End user logs into Okta, which then uses JWT to log into a 3rd party data provider. This needs to either have Okta support uploading the provider's certificate or to be able to export a certificate from Okta to upload on that end. It also needs to be RS256 for the algorithm.
  2. Once session is made active, Okta will redirect to an SPA that is hosted elsewhere that integrates with the data provider via its own capability APIs. All that's needed is for the session to be established and then the redirect to occur.

Is there a newbie-level guide somewhere that will take me through this process?
