Hi Team,
We are facing an issue with one particular user "sneha.khivansara@pubmatic.com", as she cannot access the github application through Okta.
Kindly guide us to resolve this issue.

In our environment, users have to create an account in github first, and then when they attempt to sign in through Okta the first time, Github will prompt for their github account credentials, then asks the user to associate their Okta login with their github account. After that, single sign-on works as expected. Does yours work the same way?
