DMITRYB.81581 (Customer) asked a question.

Event Hooks?

Hi guys,

It looks like for some weird reasons event hook does not deliver message to the API host. URL is verified with GET request and the server side is configured as AWS Async lambda which always returns Http Status 200 and accepts ANYTHING (literary) .

Support question has been raised with no real result for more than a week now... the ticket is still open....

Regards,

Dmitry

Okta have recognized as a bug to be fixed (hopefully soon). Unless you use self-signed certificate on the server side then it is not a bug and the event fails for a proper reason.

Speak to your Okta support representative

    Selected as Best

Was there a resolution to this? I'm facing a similar situation.

Thanks for the reply! I do have a support ticket in and am waiting on a response there. It is not a self signed certificate, and the server logs show no attempt at connecting by the verify process whatsoever.
