hello Okta team,
I try to link my gmail account (zlatina.kolchakova@partners.medallia.com) to the outlook account (zlatina.kolchakova@gemseek.com) , but I face the following error:
I am sure the password is correct, but I am unsure how to set up the second level of verification (Okta verify) on my Outlook. I tried to link both accounts with IMAP, but unsuccessfully. Our IT team doesn't know as well. Could you please advise?

Hi Zlatina,
Just to clarify, is the issue that you are expecting to receive an Okta Verify MFA prompt when configuring the account, but you are not? If so, IMAP is a legacy protocol that does not actually support multifactor authentication -- there is no point in the IMAP authentication flow that will invoke an MFA prompt.

I am actually trying to link my gmail account (which has Okta verification via phone enabled) to the outlook account, as the outlook is better to work with. While I am adding it, I am unsure which server settings to enter: server info or "POP or IMAP" (with credentials). If you have some office hours in the office of Medallia in London, that would be great!

Is there a way to add a G-suite (w/ Okta Login) account to a Windows version of Outlook? I Seem to be able to add it through the Mac version of Outlook and the Android version of Outlook using IMAP just fine, but unable to through the Windows version.
Was this ever resolved. Having issues here!

I have the same issue. When registering in Outlook an authentication loop occurs. It looks like it isn't able to remember that I have already authenticated and keeps poping up.
