User unsuccessfully authenticates with invalid ID and/or password "Access Denied"

When user tries to log-in with invalid ID and/or password, the error message "Access Denied" appears.

1) Can "Access Denied" message be changed to something generic?

2) Is it part of the OKTA API on where the "Access Denied" message appears?
