I have assigned applications to users, but they do show up in the users My Apps. I have found various posts that recommend something similar to the following:
Please be sure that the Application visibility is set to Display application icon to users.
The problem is that when I edit the settings for an application, I do not see the checkboxes that are mentioned. There is no Application Visibility section. Any thoughts?
Is it a SAML or OIDC App?
OIDC apps won't show on a users dashboard normally.

This is an IODC App with the following settings: Authorization Code and Implicit are both checked. Logon initiated by is set to App Only.
Based on that article, perhaps this means I need a Bookmark App ? If so, what is a Bookmark App and how is it created? The article does not provide any specifics on that.
You can change the login initiated to Okta or App or create a Bookmark app.
The Bookmark app is searchable in Add applications, it's developed by Okta. It really is just a bookmark to a URL which you can put the URL of the application in and users will be redirected from Okta to the app.
