ibs26 (ibs26) asked a question.

Watch iOS6 and iPhone iOS13

Similar to the other posted question, I do not get the option to approve any longer on the watch. However, if you click on the message, it brings up another screen asking if it is me, the location and asks for secondary approval of "Yes, it's me". This is on both the phone and watch and happens with every approval. It seems that once you say yes, it should recognize that it has been set up on a new device.

    Hi D We,

We recently made a change to the approval screen, so rather than "Approving" and "Denying", you're now answering "Yes, it's me" or "No, it's not me" to the approval screen that has a little bit more information. It will ask this for every approval from now on.

As for the other issue that you can no longer approve from the notifications. I posted a message in the other question, but I'll copy it here for you.

We’ve received multiple report of this. One of the things that we found as a workaround to getting this re-enabled is following these steps:

First, log in to Okta on your computer. After you’re logged in, go to your name on the top-right, select Settings, and then scroll down to the Extra Verification section, select Reset next to Okta Verify Mobile App. Select Yes to revoke the old token. After that, you'll need to enter your password.

Scroll down to Extra Verification again and click Setup. At that point, delete Okta Verify on your phone and reinstall it. After it’s installed, re-enroll in Okta Verify, and this issue should be resolved.

If you prefer to wait until we release the fix, we plan to publish an updated version of Okta Verify to the Apple AppStore shortly. Once you update to the new version, you'll simply need to launch Okta Verify and it will correct this issue.

Let me know if this helps!
