I have integrated okta in jenkins by using SAML. But after the configuration, when I am trying to get into the URL, I have been asked to give the credentials and once I have given them I am getting continuous loading page after which I am unable to get into the link. Can I get help on this please ..

From what you are describing it looks like there is an issue in the configuration. As this requires active troubleshooting I do suggest raising a ticket with out support team in order to get assistance.
Further to this, if you have a backup access as an admin in the Jenkins instance, I would suggest redoing the integration to make sure that nothing is corrupted.
