Login_hint support for SAML2
Does SAML2 in Okta supports passing Subject along with the AuthNRequest? I want the okta to populate the subject on the login screen, same as the login_hint in OIDC

Yes, we are sending the Subject tag, under which the NameId tag can be found.
Below you can see a screenshot of the Subject tag being sent over the SAML assertion:
