Hello all,
I seem to be having issue with a PC, Microsoft Outlook 2016 and the Salesforce for Outlook Add in. It seems to not authenticate when once enabled in Outlook, select "Production", sign into SalesForce and then using the custom Domain, does it ask for the Salesforce sign in again and loop over and over.
Prior to that, the program was having a Bad 400 Request error on Chrome browser, in which I removed and reinstalled the add-in.
Any ideas on how to go about or suggestions?

We have desktop single sign on enabled and for us the process looks like:
1) Select Production, click Log In to Salesforce
2) Leave Username and Password blank and instead click "Use Custom Domain" link.
3) Enter custom domain name, click Continue
4) NOW, there is an "OKTA" button I can click. After clicking this it signs me in with Desktop SSO.
Also, on the Salesforce side the user's Federation ID field must match the ID configured in Okta.
