r4gbp (r4gbp) asked a question.

How to access Meraki iOS app after Okta SAML is activated

Has anyone faced this issue and/or have a solution? Unless I make a new account in the Meraki portal as a native admin I can't find another way to logon and use the Meraki iOS app.

Thanks

  • Hello Michael,

Thank you for posting your question!

Based on our documentation, Meraki only supports IdP-initiated flow, so the iOS app might not work since it requires an SP-initiated SAML flow. Did you get in touch with with the SP? I would double check with them since SAML does not work on the native iOS app.

    Thanks,

    Aydel
