Profile does not show "Profile mastered by Active Directory."

I have a user that had a prior account testing Okta with their work email address prior to setting up our Corporate account and hooking up our Active Directory. Their profile does not show "Profile mastered by Active Directory." How can this be rectified so the profile comes from Active Directory.

    Thank you for your assistance. I had to delete the users and then force a refresh loading the AD again.

    In you Okta admin dashboard, go to :Applications: Applications: More ,then click Refresh App Data.
