Okta not showing "Profile Mastered by Active Dorectory"

Hi all,

Okta directory is not showing "Profile mastered by Active Directory" for user created / imported via on-prem AD into Okta.

I have done "Refresh Application Data" multiple times but still no luck.

Although users created via HR app are showing profile master.

Issue was, AD was  "Profile & Lifecycle Mastering" was not enabled.

Note: Okta technical support answered and solved this.

To get to the setting, you can use the following path: Directory > Directory Integrations > Acitve Directory > Provisioning > To Okta > Profile & Lifecycle Mastering > Edit > check "Allow Active Directory to master Okta users"

If the option is disabled, it will allow the users profiles to be modified from Okta. If the option is enabled, it will only allow profile modifications from active directory and will show the users as Profile Mastered by Active Directory.
