Import User from CSV not passing on file validation
Hi all,
I'm trying to import user into OKTA from a csv file but I'm getting the following error:
Please review the CSV file and correct the following error(s):
- Unable to parse 'USERS.csv'. Please ensure that it is a valid CSV file
The file that I'm using now is very simple because a was removing the users and attributes to try to identify the problem. I also checked the EOL and is LF as in the template download.
At this moment I have a file with only one user with the attributes: login, firstName, lastName and email. I didn't remove any attributte from the downloaded template. I Opened the file in excel, filled these attributes and saved. I opened the file with notepad++ and it seems to me that is ok.
Can anyone helpme please.

Firstly, you could check if the login attribute in the CSV file is in the form of an email address such as: example@domain.com
