Web app with 2 login pages
Is there a way to create a web app that has 2 login pages.
First page asks for the username and the next password

Sounds like you're trying to create a SWA app (web app) that for a login page that has the username on one page and then brings you to another page to provide the password. There's a template app available for this.
Login to your Okta org and navigate to Applications > Add Application, and then search for "Template Two Page Plugin App". Add the app and then follow the setup wizard.
