An example of this is that in order to log into a created application for Suntrust, users need a company ID as well. The value is the same for everybody, so how can I automatically input the value so that it will log users in as it would on a normal site?

It depends on what exactly you are trying to achieve, what application do you have and what SSO is the app using. For SWA applications you can use the template app where you can specify multiple fields for the plugin to inject also the company ID in the field at logon.

If it's a custom SAML application, you can map the attribute for it to be sent from Okta in the application in Profile Editor.
