After I re-installed the Okta agent on my AD server, there is no error on the server side.
But on the Okta admin, the Okta agent's status is "inactive," and the message is "waiting for agent to connect."
Can anyone help me with this?

I've seem a couple of similar reports in the past.
Check if the time/date of AD agent server is synced with the cloud.
Check if ThreatInsights is blocking the IP used for the AD agent Connection.
If it's none of the above, check the AD agent logs to see if they provide additional insight into what might be goin on.
