    We typically recommend opening up a Support Case for this type of issue, in order for us to better investigate the root cause of this behavior.

     

    It could be that the user's email address has bounced back an Okta email in the past and needs to be unblocked by Support, it could be mail filters on the user's end or, if this is affecting multiple users, perhaps a larger issue that requires more in depth investigation.

     

    I strongly encourage you to open up a case with us and provide the following information:

    -Does this affect one user (as seems to be the case) or multiple?

    -What is the affected user's email address?

    -When was the latest password reset triggered for that user?
