My Password reset email not being received

I’ve been trying to reset my password for days. I put in my email address to have the password reset link sent to my email and I never get the email. I checked spam folder as well. I’m just not receiving it and I don’t understand why. Does anyone have any insight on this or what I can do? Thanks I’m advance.
