Hi, I am creating a "service account" to generate API Keys for an app, is it possible to generate keys through some kind of API call, or do I have to manually log into the admin section of the dashboard and generate them?

Firstly, we do not have an API call for this specific purpose; the reason for this would be that the API token used to authorize certain calls have to be authorized as well in the moment of creation. This authorization can be done only by manually logging into Okta.
However, you can avoid the necessity of creating multiple API tokens by simply using the same one for all your integrations.
