Users not in Council
Why is my Directory displaying some users that are not part of our Council and were not part of the list imported? Are these GSUSA accounts?

Hi Jesus,
Please open a case with Okta Support as this issue requires additional investigation before a proper answer can be given. To do so, simply click on Help and Support at the top of your Admin console, go to the bottom of the page you will be redirected to and click on Open a Case.
