AD User Not Found in Okta

I have a user whose AD account does not appear to have been imported to Okta, and trying import either full or incremental does not import the user. All other users in that OU appear to have been created successfully.

    Thank you. The issue was not all necessary fields were populated in the AD account. After I corrected this and ran an incremental, the account was created in Okta.

    Matthew, I have had that happen before and here's what worked for me:

    1. Disable user in AD
    2. Run a incremental import from Directory integrations
    3. Enable user in AD
    4. Run a incremental import from Directory Integrations
