One of our clients is switching from Shibboleth IdP to Okta IdP. Can you refer me to the documentation that explains how to integrate Okta Idp with Shibboleth SP enabled web application ? Can Okta IdP and Shibboleth SP exchange metadata ? Can we define custom attributes in Okta ?

Unfortunately, Shibboleth isn't an officially supported application and thus we have no documentation, however you should be able to setup a custom application should you have all the information provided by Shibboleth.
