How to reconfig okta in mobile

Hi.. I have already configured OKTA Verify setup in my mobile. But unfortunately my mobile got factory reset and latter I downloaded okta verify app again but unable to login since its asking for "Push Code" or "Enter Code".

 

Since I dont enough privilege to change settings in desktop. I cant rescan the bar code again.

 

Kindly help me on this issue and guide me either "To generate enter code" or "Reset Okta App Settings"

    With regards to this issue you will need to have an admin of your Okta tenant to reset your verify factor in order to re-enrol. The Verify app is limited to one device per user and if the app is restored from backup or you have a new device resetting the factor is required. The following article outlines the solution.

    If however you are the only admin of the tenant and are unable to login please open a Support ticket either via email, phone or via the support portal (https://support.okta.com) this site will also provide a list of support contact numbers that you may use. This will allow us to provide more assistance in allowing you to regain access to the Okta tenant.

    Thanks a lot Chris.. My Okta admin have reset my account and now i'm able to login into okta dashboard.
