Hi,

I am curious if anyone else has experienced an issue where the group rules appear to be working but once in a while a few users do not get assigned to a group via the rule?

My situation is; once in a while I am notified that a user or two were not assigned a Chiclet/Group though I can see that they should have as all criteria is met in the Group Rule. All I end up having to do is inactivate the rule briefly and activate again and the user plus others we were not aware of are assigned as expected.

I can't tell if this is a Rate Limit issue or temporarily an attribute issue. Any suggestions or others with something similar happening? Just trying to decide if this is worth a ticket to support as it is not consistent and I find these types of issues too hard to troubleshoot.
