Authenticate user via IDP failure : Unable to transform email to username
Does anyone know what action or account error would cause this event to appear in the Okta System Log?

This seems to be an error message related to your IdP setup, have changes been recently done, to their username, to those users which are showing this error message? Is this a new implementation or an old one which started acting up?
I would recommend opening up a Support Ticket to be able to properly check your setup and get to the bottom of it.
