AjeetK.35933 (Customer) asked a question.

Servicenow integration with SAML using using

Hi Team,

I have integrated servicenow with SAML using okta as per one document i found in google.

https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-ServiceNow.html?baseAdminUrl=https://dev-352387-admin.okta.com&app=servicenow_ud&instanceId=0oarwzezeoMriMd7z356*advanced

Now after making SAML configuration in Servicenow I am clicking on "Test Connection" then everything is passed except below error:

Error: Cannot logout of IDP's session

IDP's logout URL not set. So, cannot logout the IDP session.

I am unable to find where and how to set IDP's logout URL.

Could someone please guide me on this.

Thanks

  • Hi Ajeet, sounds like you're made good progress and just need help over the finish line. I've asked my Support team colleagues to look into this for you.

Hello, +1 on this. I do not know where to find the logout URL. Did anyone ever get back to you?
