I am trying to create a group that will be populated with the 'Manager' attribute value of all users.
Can i do that using the getManagerUser function in the rule?
If so, what is the correct expression to use?

If the values are available in other apps, you can use that: https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/okta-expression-language/#manager-assistant-functions
But not straight on the user profile.
