Hello, we have a number of applications linked in to Okta via e-mail address. These all work successfully. A new implementation uses the employee number, which is a field we don't use at present.
Is there a way to import the employee number to all accounts by using a CSV?

Please note our company does not use this so I can't give any direct personal experience and also I believe this feature is a new GA feature and was talked about during Oktane 2019, but there is a CSV Directory Integration feature now. Please read thoroughly and I would highly recommend speaking with an OKTA engineer through a Support call; they're pretty great at providing guidance:
