We have a project in our pipeline where we want to enable MFA just for one application instead of rolling out for the entire organization so I was wondering if we have a option of application specific MFA in OKTA?
Certainly. Create a new rule in the Sign On Policy tab of your Okta application. Give it a name, configure any conditional (by default the rule will apply to all users assigned to the app), and at the bottom check the box labeled "Prompt for factor", then select how frequently you want the users to be prompted. Click Save and you're done. Your new rule should appear just above the Default rule, and it will be evaluated every time an assigned user clicks on the app.
