Does Okta have the ability to do user/account impersonations

so my current company I work for is looking to potentially expand our current footprint of Okta with our parent company but when they did some intel into Okta a year or so back they came to the conclusion that Okta is unable to do two items that they need to have since their environment currently has a lot of legacy systems/applications and also currently use CA SiteMinder. They need the ability to do account/user impersonations and also they have 800 or so apps currently configured with SiteMinder that they do not really want to go and update code for if they had to move to Okta due to the fact that a competitor, Ping, has the ability to horizontally plugin play with their current siteminder integrations. I am looking to see if Okta currently can solve for these two big problems and if it can it would be a great win!

    The level of impersonation that is currently available is customizing the end user dashboard as outlined in this article:

    To get full access to the user account, due to current security measures you would need the username, password and access to MFA depending on how it's set up.

    Our recommendation is reaching out to Professional Services through your Account Executive so that they can scope the environment and provide an adequate solution.

    Or you can reach out to us by opening up a Customer Support ticket and we'll contact the Account Executive for you and set up a meeting with Professional Services.
