Hi there,
We are trying to customize Okta's email notifications to make them look like they were coming from our own platform. I found the templates for most of the events under okta.com/admin/settings/emails, but couldn't find the template that is used to send to an end user's old email address when the user requested an email change. The one in there was for user's new email address only. Is it possible to customize that email at all?

These are the available settings:

The notice that is sent to the old email address cannot currently be edited.
You can suggest this on the Okta Community portal by using the "Feedback" button at the bottom of the Okta Administrative Console.
Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the Engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.
From there, the PM team will review the top 30 most voted upon ideas each month and provide feedback/roadmap statuses on these via the forum.
