  • To enforce MFA only when an Administrator is accessing the Admin Dashboard. In order to do that you will need a Feature. Raise Support ticket with Okta and they can enable this for you.

    Hi Vipul,

     

    Short of doing this today through Groups and then creating an MFA policy for that group that includes admins, I don't think there is a way to do it. Specifically what I believe my example would do is for any users that are admins, they will be prompted for MFA whenever they login and not specifically whenever they access the admin panel.

     

    I do believe that Okta is enforcing Admins to enroll in mid-May.
