Hello,
We would like to implement a solution to extend AD federated accounts using Okta as the tool to inform the managers of contractor account expiration and give the managers the ability to extend or decline the account restore. Once that is set, the updated accountExpires timestamp attribute is written back to AD. Is this a feature that is available in Okta currently?

This kind of automation is not something currently available in the Okta feature-set.
